that Jesus Christ is God Incarnate and are actively involved in a Christian church/fellowship/congregation of believers.
2. Live an
exemplary (not perfect) Christian life.
3. Have committed to one year of service as a group leader.
4. Are called
and chosen to serve in whatever capacity their talents will be most useful.
5. Strive to meet the qualification
set forth in Titus 1:7-9
The leaders of the group commit to: prayer for the group
accountability
to other core group members, and
attendance of events and leadership meetings.
When unable to attend, will arrange for another
member or leader to fulfill responsibilities and will provide the information and tools to do so. The leaders
also seek to develop leadership in the regular attendees of the group in anticipation they will someday move
to a leadership role. Guidelines
for filling leadership offices:Perspective leaders will be prayerfully evaluated,
selected, and solicited by the leadership group from qualified, committed participants who attend
meetings on a regular basis (Acts 6:3-6). The commencement of term of office will generally take place the first Friday in
February. However, new leaders may be installed throughout the year.
